Ciao, I'm Chris, from Tossed Dough with my pizza truck 'PEPPINA' the bright yellow Piaggio ape. Serving Neapolitan style pizzas from a zio Ciro oven, and 5 star food hygiene rating. Peppina is very unique and one of the only few drivable Piaggio apes in the county, and we believe the only drivable mobile pizza oven in a yellow Piaggio ape. What Peppina and I do is specialise in freshly prepared Neapolitan-style pizzas. We are available for markets or events, whether big or small, where we can individually serve customers starting from £7 per pizza.
We can also cater for larger events such as weddings, parties, and other gatherings; we can serve pizzas alongside bespoke buffet options, which can include salads, sides, pasta salads, Italian meats, cheese platters, and Italian-inspired desserts. All food is served quickly and efficiently in front of your guests from our fantastic Piaggio Ape pizza truck. Forget long queues for individual pizzas; all our food is served in a relaxed buffet style, allowing your guests to help themselves to as much or as little as they wish.
